These terms cover your use of FrontLark, including your business number, the mobile and web apps, and the assistant that answers calls for you.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your number
Numbers we provide are yours to use while your account is active. You can port a number out at any time.
What FrontLark does for you
FrontLark answers calls and texts using the information and rules you give it. You are responsible for that information being accurate and for the actions you allow it to take.
Acceptable use
Don’t use FrontLark for spam, robocalls, harassment or anything illegal. Follow call-recording and telemarketing laws where you operate.
Billing and trials
Trials last 14 days. After that, plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Extra calls beyond your plan are billed at the published rate.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from settings. Service continues until the end of your billing period.
