What happens when I go over my calls?

FrontLark keeps answering. Extra calls are $0.40 each, and we’ll text you before you get close so you can switch plans if it makes sense.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes. We port it for free, usually within a week. You get a temporary FrontLark number on day one so you can start right away.

Does my phone still ring first?

By default, yes. Your phone rings for 12 seconds before FrontLark picks up. You can change that timing or have it answer first.

Will customers know they’re talking to AI?

FrontLark introduces itself as your company’s assistant. If a caller asks for a person, it gets one of your crew on the line.

What counts as a call?

Any call FrontLark answers or joins. Calls you answer yourself are unlimited on every plan.

Is there a contract?

No. Pay monthly or save 20% yearly, and cancel anytime from settings.
