FrontLark answers phone calls and texts for your business. That means we handle information about you and your customers. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details you give us, like your name, business name, email and mobile number.
Call and message data for your FrontLark number: phone numbers, times, recordings, transcripts and summaries.
Business information you add so FrontLark can answer for you, such as services, hours and pricing rules.
How we use it
To answer and route your calls, book appointments, send texts on your behalf and show you what happened on each call.
To keep the service secure and working. We do not sell personal information.
Recordings and transcripts
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so you can review them. FrontLark announces recording where the law requires it.
You can turn recording off, and delete individual recordings, from settings.
Who we share it with
Tools you connect, such as your calendar or CRM, only for the actions you allow.
Service providers that help us run FrontLark, like our phone carrier and cloud hosting, under contracts that protect your data.
How long we keep it
Recordings and transcripts are kept for 12 months unless you choose a shorter period or delete them sooner.
If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can access, export or delete your data at any time from settings, or by emailing us.
